askOdin Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "askOdin") operates the askOdin corporate website (the "Site"). This policy explains how we handle information collected on this Site.

Note on Scope: This policy applies only to our corporate website (askodin.app). Our product, Crucible, is governed by its own separate Privacy Policy and Terms of Service available at crucible.askodin.app/privacy. For how documents submitted to the analysis engine are handled — retention, sub-processors, and deletion — see our Security Protocol.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and professional affiliation (if provided via waitlists or contact forms).
  • Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with our Site via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide updates on askOdin's AI Judgment Infrastructure and Crucible product releases.
  • Analyze Site performance and improve our proprietary Clarity Framework™.
  • Develop and refine our Judgment Graph™ through aggregated structural data (see §4).
  • Prevent fraud and ensure Site security.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Protection (PDPA & International Transfers)

askOdin is based in Singapore and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  • International Transfers: If you access this Site from outside Singapore, your information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

4. Data Retention

  • Documents submitted for analysis: retained for no more than 30 days, then deleted. Automated enforcement of this ceiling is in progress and ships alongside our SOC 2 Type I process; until it does, deletion is a documented policy carried out on request. As a matter of policy, we do not read customer documents.
  • Derived analysis: the Clarity Score™, the judgment analysis, and the Defensible Audit Log™ persist beyond that window, because the audit trail is the product. These records are derived from your documents; they are not the documents.
  • Structural data: retained to calibrate the Judgment Graph™, which is a benchmark corpus and not model training data. This record can include identifying details such as founder names, so we treat it as personal data and your erasure rights under §6 apply to it. Systematic de-identification is on our roadmap and is not yet implemented; we would rather tell you that than describe the corpus as anonymous when it is not.
  • Contact information: retained until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us.

5. Sub-Processors

We use the following third parties to operate the Site and the analysis engine:

  • Cloudflare — edge security, DDoS protection, CDN, and object storage.
  • Google Gemini Developer API (paid tier) — extraction of structured variables from unstructured documents. Under Google's paid-tier terms, prompts and responses are not used to train Google's models. The model performs extraction only; our deterministic engine performs the analysis. Google is our model vendor only; it does not host the service.
  • Google Analytics 4 — Site usage analytics.
  • Formspree — contact and waitlist form delivery.

Our architecture is model-agnostic. If we change model vendors we will update this list.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/GDPR or California/CCPA), you may have the right to access, delete, or correct your data. To exercise these rights, email us at: [email protected].

7. Professional Use & Age Requirement

askOdin is a B2B service intended for professional and business use by founders, investors, and startup ecosystem participants. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
